Obituary of Karen Jean Nealey

Karen Dimmitt Nealey, 52, of Greeley, passed away on Saturday, November 13, 2021 at McKee Medical Center in Loveland. Karen was born on September 7, 1969 in Greeley to Raymond and Beverly (Meineke) Dimmitt. She grew up in Greeley and attended Greeley Central High School. On August 8, 2008 she married J.P. Nealey in Greeley. Karen worked for many years as a medical technician; most recently at Medical Center of the Rockies. She loved her animals and she actively donated to the Humane Society. She was an avid Denver Bronco fan, loved Whinnie the Pooh, and enjoyed watching wrestling and Storage Wars. Karen is survived by her husband, J.P. Nealey of Greeley; her sister Kristie Dimmitt of Evans; and her Aunts, Verlene Gideon and Verda Slaton of Greeley. She was preceded in death by her parents and her brother, Kevin Dimmitt. A visitation will be Friday, November 19, 2021 at 1:00pm followed by her Life Celebration at 2:00pm at Adamson Life Celebration Home.
