Obituary of Henry E. Lujan

Jacobo Enrique (Henry) Lujan, 73 of Windsor, passed away on November 14, 2021 in Denver, Colorado. He was born to Manuel and Clara (Jaramillo) Lujan on August 16, 1948 in Fort Collins, Colorado. He graduated from Windsor High School. Henry proudly served during the Vietnam War in the US Army where he received the Purple Heart. Henry worked for Kodak as a mechanic for 34 years and later worked for the Weld RE-4 School District. On August 14, 1971 he was married to Genevieve Jaramillo. They had two daughters Carrie Ann Lujan and Kelly Lujan. Henry was a big kid at heart. He loved being around his family and friends. His nieces and nephews adored him and looked up to him. He loved his Denver Nuggets, the game of basketball, and football. Henry is survived by his wife, Genevieve Lujan; daughters, Carrie and Kelly Lujan; siblings, Larry (Mary) Lujan, Manuel (Alice) Lujan, Florence Gutierrez, Marylou (Ken) Richards and Ed Lujan; numerous nieces and nephews and a large extended friends and family. He will be deeply missed by all. He was preceded in death by his parents; siblings, Teresa, Selena, Ray, Inez and Ralph. Visitation will be held between 4-6pm followed by the reciting of the rosary, Monday, November 22, 2021 at Adamson Life Celebration Home in Greeley.
