Obituary of Harry M. Printz

Harry Printz, 72, passed away December 23, 2021. He was born January 11, 1949, in Greeley, CO to Harold and Edna (Turner) Printz. After graduating from Greeley Central High School, Harry enlisted in the Army serving from 1969-1971. He then returned to Greeley and married Virginia Wake and had 2 daughters. Harry worked as a CDL driver locally and spent most of his career driving a cement mixer. In his 4+ decades in this position he helped lay foundations for countless homes, businesses and neighborhoods throughout northern Colorado and southern Wyoming. In 1983 Harry married Colene Cook and became an instant stepfather to her son. Harry loved hunting, camping and most of all fishing. He loved sharing this passion with his entire family as much as possible. After retiring in 2007, he enjoyed spending his time fishing and walking local trails with his brother and dogs. Harry is survived by his two daughters Jennifer and Erika and stepson Mike Swisher; sisters Linda Damewood, Cindy Sweigard; brother Harold "Bud” Printz and first wife Virginia.
