So sorry to hear the sad news of Barbie passing away. She had such a vibrant personality, always full of life and the joys of Spring and was a wonderful hostess. It was a pleasure to know her, during her time in Windlesham, England and an honour to be her friend. She will be remembered always with love. Jo xx

So sorry to hear about Barb's death. When I think of her, I think about food. We met at Saji-ya - a Japanese restaurant in Saint Paul, MN. We later gathered at Origami - another Japanese restaurant. She knew me as Beth Wagner back then. Barb always made me laugh - the good kind of laugher which was whole and pure and not at the expense of another person. She was an amazing cook and always available to talk with me and the other waitrons at Saji-ya. Thank you Barb for all you did to make this world a better place. You are missed. Elizabeth Simmer

I met Barb at Saji-Ya in St. Paul about 35 years ago. We moved a lot, but Barb and Tina visited many of our postings. She was the embodiment of joy! She made everything more fun, even waiting tables. Her laughter was sincere and contagious! That deep, loud, over the top laugh, just made everyone happy. Barb taught me many things, but I think she taught me to tune into my inner goofiness, and accept everyone. Barb was a gal that would literally give you the shirt off her back, she was just so giving. I think that is why “Sprinkle Toes” was the embodiment of Barb; fun, loving and sharing joy wherever she went. I am so sorry for the world, that Barb has passed. We need more Barb’s in this world. I will miss her. My deep condolences to Her family.

I am so very sorry for your loss. Your mom was one of my favorites. Growing up and sharing Christmas, every year at your home, was such a special treat. Company picnics every summer, another favorite. Memories that have lasted a lifetime. Sending you and Julie Fancis big hugs. May your special memorieshelp to heal your heart ♥️

Tina, I am so sorry to hear of your mom’s passing but thankful for your brave transparency in being able to share with all of us what a lovely woman she was. I never had the pleasure of meeting Barbara, but by all accounts I’ve heard she could party with the best and was fun till the end, and what an amazing daughter she helped raise! I send my love and support to you, Jim, Evan and Trinity! ❤️ Love ya Tina!
