Obituary of June Hawkins

June E. Hawkins, 95, of Greeley, passed away on May 23, 2022 in Greeley, Colorado. She was born on June 16, 1926 in Fort Collins, Colorado to Jake and Emma (Glanz) Bott.

She lived and grew up in Fort Collins for the majority of her life. She met and later married the love of her life, Nathan Hawkins, in Fort Collins. They were married for 72 years before his passing in 2017.

June loved and adored her nieces and nephews and treated them as her own children. She went to her cabin in the mountains every chance she got. She will be deeply missed by all that knew her. She worked for Great Western as a secretary until retirement.

She is survived by her many nieces and nephews.

June was preceded in death by her husband, Nathan; her parents; siblings, Evelyn, Rachel, Elnora, Leonard, and Johnnie Bott.
