Obituary of Daniela Benavente Ortega

Daniela Benavente Ortega, 38, of Pierce passed away on June 28, 2022 as a result of an automobile accident.  She was born February 19, 1984 in Chihuahua, Mexico to Alfonso Benavente Reyes and Elpidia Ortega Bailon. Daniela grew up in Mexico and received her Bachelor’s degree in International Law.  She moved to the United States in 2005.  She had been working as a supervisor at La Tarahumara Market for the past 9 years.  She loved being home with her family.  She attended Our Lady of Peace Catholic Church.

Daniela is survived by her children, Francisco Daniel Letkeman Benavente age 13 and Valentina Rae Letkeman Benavente age 5 of Pierce; her mother, Elpidia of Pierce; her siblings, Silvia Benavente Ortega and husband Victor Pena of Eaton, Adriana Benavente Ortega and husband Homero Arras of Sante Fe, New Mexico, Alfonso Benavente Ortega of Fresno, California and Nubia Delfina Benavente Ortega and husband Fernando Loma of Pierce; and nieces and nephews, Ivonne Salazar Benavente, Giselle Salazar Benavente, Hugo Salazar Benavente, Alan Benavente Caballero, Dayana Pena Benavente, Nicole Benavente, Letissia Loma Benavente, Alfonso Benavente Caballero, Isabella Loma Benavente, Fernanda Loma Benavente, Aretzi Benavente Olivarez and Katalyna Loma Benavente.  She was preceded in death by her father, Alfonso.

A visitation will be held Wednesday, July 6, 2022 from 5:00p.m. until 7:00p.m followed by the Recitation of the Rosary at Adamson Life Celebration Home.  Mass of Christian Burial 11:00a.m. Thursday, July 7, 2022 at Our Lady Of Peace Catholic Church.  Interment Eaton Cemetery.
