Obituary of JoAnn Marie Peterson

JoAnn Peterson, 91, of Ault, passed away at The Lodge on October 7, 2022.  She was born January 9, 1931 in Stratton, CO to August and Alta (Ellis) Scheirman.

She graduated from Greeley High School in 1949.  She married James Burton Peterson on May 12, 1961 in Greeley. 

She was preceded in death by her parents, husband Jim on September 12, 2022.

She is survived by her daughter, Jill (Jim) Mitchell and three granddaughters; Cindy Nichols, Nancy and Gina Mitchell as well as two great-granddaughters; Lily and Ivy, her siblings; Tom (Marian) Scheirman and Connie (Gary) Alford.
