Obituary of Daniel Curtis Pace

Daniel Curtis Pace, 59, of Greeley passed away Saturday, March 11, 2023 at North Colorado Medical Center. He was born June 18, 1963 in Marion, Indiana to Jack and Janice Kay (Fansler) Pace. Daniel grew up in Montpelier, Indiana and graduated from Southern Wells High School in 1982. He continued his education at Purdue University where he received his bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering. Daniel married Dawn Telliho on July 24, 1993 in Reno, Nevada. He began his career with RR Donnelley where he helped to start the Reno facility. He transferred to the Utah facility in 1992 before transferring to Greeley in 1995. During his time with RR Donnelley he received his Lean Six Sigma Black Belt Certification. Daniel then worked for 10 years with Larimer County as a process/change manager. He had his own knife making business. He loved spending time with friends and family, 4 wheeling, geocaching, camping, fishing and golfing. He was a fantastic cook, super intelligent and creative. He could fix anything mechanical or electrical. Daniel is survived by his wife Dawn of Greeley; his children, Danielle Pace and husband Jacob Florez and Dakota Pace and fiancé Kamryn Hartman all of Greeley; and his brothers, Steven Pace and Kristi of Montpelier, Indiana and Robert Pace and Vikkie of Barrington, Illinois. He was preceded in death by his parents, his brother, Greg Pace, and his sister-in-law, Darlene. A visitation will be held from 3:00 p.m. – 5:00 p.m. followed by a reception on Thursday, March 16, 2023 at Adamson Life Celebration Home.
