Joe passed away in October 2013, and in January 2015, Angie moved to Greeley, Colorado, to be closer to family.

Angie worked at the Department of the Interior Bureau of Indian Affairs from 1954 – 1962. In 1962 she became a stay-at-home mom, raising her children until she rejoined the workforce. From 1977 – 1982, she was a warranty bookkeeper at Ryan Oldsmobile, and from 1982 to June, 1987, she worked at Eastern Montana College where she was an accounting clerk in the business office. She proudly tutored adults, most of whom were Eastern European immigrants, in English at the Lodi Public Library for several years. Throughout her life she remained active in Church, serving on many committees and service clubs.

She is survived by her children Tim (Charlene) Swain, Eaton, CO; Brian (Marianne) Swain, Billings, MT; Larry Swain, Bemidji, MN; Bill Swain, Billings, MT; and Mary Ann Swain, Billings, MT.
