Obituary of Wayne L. White

Wayne Laverne White 85, of Greeley, CO passed away on November 4, 2023.

He was born February 12, 1938, in Eaton, CO to Oscar and Mattie (Presley) White.

Wayne grew up in Eaton, CO, and married Carolyn (Frank) on July 24, 1960.  Wayne served in the United States Marine Corps, and was in the Insurance Business for 35+ years in Greeley, CO.  Wayne was a Certified Aircraft Mechanic, co-owner in the Greeley Aero West Flying Club, enjoyed flying, gun collecting and woodworking.

Wayne is survived by his wife, Carolyn; sons, Charles of Westminster, William (Holly) of Colorado Springs, and grandsons, Bryce of Colorado Springs, Brayden of Bozeman, MT, step granddaughter Hailey Martin and step great-grandson Atticus of Aurora, sister-in-law, Betty White and several nieces and nephews. Wayne was preceded in death by his parents, brothers, Eugene Charles White, and Donald White.

A Life Celebration will be held starting at 11 AM Monday, November 20, 2023 at Adamson Life Celebration Home, 2000 47th Avenue, Greeley. Reception to follow.
