Obituary of Judith Ann Weimer

It is with deep sorrow and heavy hearts that we announce the passing of Judy Weimer. She was loved by so many and was the best wife, mother, grandmother, and friend to all.

Judy spent her life caring for others. She earned a Bachelor's of Science in Nursing in 1973 from UNC. She earned the prestigious Nightingale Award in 2009. When asked about nursing, she said, "When science fails, all that is left is faith, hope and encouragement to live the life we have been handed and compassion for others."
She loved her family most. There was nothing she would not do for her children.

Judy Weimer is survived by her husband Bob Winter, daughters Adriane Hauck, Kelley Weimer, and Katie Peterson, a son Jake Weimer, her mother Carol Walker, sister Sharon Midcap, brother Doug Walker, a sister-in law Donna Walker, 2 son in-laws Jeff Hauck and Josh Peterson, 9 grandchildren, and 3 great-grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her father Donald Walker and sister Sandra Jean.

Judy's Life Celebration will be held on December 15, 2023, 11:00 am at Adamson Life Celebration Home in Greeley.
