Obituary of Linda May Damewood

Linda May Damewood, 76, of LaSalle passed away Wednesday, December 13, 2023 at her home.  She was born May 21, 1947 to Harold and Edna (Turner) Printz in Greeley.  She grew up in the Greeley and Eaton area and graduated from Greeley Central High School.

Linda married William “Bill” Damewood on December 2, 1994 in Las Vegas, Nevada.

She worked as a Housing Manager for Wheeler Manager Group for over 10 years in Greeley. Prior to that she worked at NCMC in Administration for the Dietary Department for over 10 years.  Linda enjoyed fishing and was an avid reader.

She is survived by her husband Bill Damewood of LaSalle; her children, Meldeen Printz of Redding, CA, Todd Huggans and wife Sheila of Greeley, Jeanine Kai and wife Filesha of Bancroft, NE; step-children, Shauna Turpin and husband Vince of Benkelman, NE and Billie Jean Damewood of Greeley; 10 grandchildren, 15 great-grandchildren and her siblings; Cindy Sweigard and husband Wayne of Greeley and Buddy Printz of Greeley.  She was preceded by her parents and a brother, Harry Printz.

Services will be held at a later date.  Memorial contributions may be made to the Alzheimer's Association in care of Adamson Life Celebration Home, 2000 W. 47^th Ave., Greeley, CO  80634.
