Obituary of Michael Duane Jensen

Michael Duane Jensen, 81, formerly of Greeley passed away in Arvada on December 18, 2023.  He was born October 13, 1942 in Murray, UT to Leo Duane and Beth Alice Lyle (Ahern) Jensen and grew up in Salt Lake City, UT. 

Mike graduated from the LDS Business College in Utah and went on to serve in the US Army National Guard from 1961-62 in the Artillery Division. 

Mike worked as an accountant, enjoyed golfing, skiing and jogging and was a member of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints. 

Survivors include his sons; Kelly T. (Wendi) Jensen and Jason A. (Priscilla) Jensen, 14 grandchildren, 3 great-grandchildren, siblings; Gail Cannon, Vicky Johnson and Errol Jensen. 

He was preceded in death by his parents, a son, Michael Tracy Jensen, a brother, Steve Jensen and a sister, Jodi Steel. 

A graveside service will be held at 11:30 a.m. Tuesday, January 9, 2024 at Fort Logan National Cemetery.  Condolences may be shared at AdamsonCares.com.
